I have your old CryptoLogic software, what do I do?
We have made the process of playing in the new software seamless. You'll be up and running in no time.
Follow these easy steps:
- An account has already been created for you, click New Account Details
and enter the required information about your old CryptoLogic account. You will receive your new account details
via email including username, and temporary password which you can reset on your first login into the new
software.
- Click on any download link on this site, and install the new software onto your computer. Be sure to follow carefully
the special instructions included in the email above to access your transferred account
That's it, you're done and all ready to start playing!

IMPORTANT: Only accounts created prior to launch (Dec 16th, 2008), were migrated to the new platform.
If your CryptoLogic account was created after Dec 16, you do not need to follow the steps above.
Simply download the new software and create a new account. Then send us an email to
with your old CryptoLogic account number and your new PlayTech account username so we can
extend all the privileges of a migrated player to your account.
How long will the old software be available?

After Jan 31st, the old software wil no longer be available.
What happens to my cleared funds in my ECash Direct account if I don't withdraw or transfer them by Feb 15th, 2009?
After Feb 15th, 2009, all funds eligible for withdrawal that have not been transferred into your new
account via your consent, or which you have not withdrawn by a method of your choice, will be automatically
returned to you via check or the quickest method possible. Please allow ECash Direct 3 - 4 weeks to have these
funds delivered.
